Delivery Policy

At Love You More Flower Boutique, every arrangement is crafted with intention, care, and the freshest blooms of the season. Because flowers are natural and ever-changing, variety may vary based on availability—but your design will always reflect our signature Love You More style.

Same-Day & Weekend Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
Saturday deliveries must be placed by Friday at 12:00 PM.

Delivery Radius & Fees

Our shop is located at:

Within 3 miles of the shop: Delivery is free.
Beyond 3 miles: We proudly deliver throughout all of Union County and Newark for an additional distance-based fee.

All deliveries are completed by our in-house courier team to ensure fresh, careful handling from our studio to your door.

No Returns Policy

Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of floral products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Once flowers leave our shop or are delivered, they cannot be returned. We encourage customers to contact us within our 24-hour window if any concerns arise.

Quality Concerns

If you have any concerns regarding the quality or condition of your flowers, you must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can properly assist you.

Special Considerations

We understand that unique circumstances may occur. For special cases, please reach out directly to the shop owner. All decisions regarding replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and require:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• An in-person visit for evaluation
